About Us
BellyZero is a free health education platform focused on one thing: helping people understand belly fat, weight loss, and body composition without the confusion that floods most health websites.
No paid subscriptions. No supplements to sell. Just tools and information that actually help.
About the Founder
BellyZero is built and managed by Vikas Arora.
Vikas started working in his family’s medical and pharmaceutical store at age 14. Over the next 10 years, he handled daily customer queries on medications, weight management products, and nutrition supplements. These were real conversations with real people trying to figure out why they were not losing weight, what they could safely take, and what the labels on supplement bottles actually meant.
During that same period, Vikas worked in the fitness supplement industry, supplying protein powders, fat burners, and performance nutrition products to gyms and personal trainers. Coaches and athletes hold you accountable in a way no textbook does. That work built a practical understanding of what works, what gets oversold, and what people actually need to know.
Vikas also trained in the gym consistently for 7 to 8 years, applying everything first-hand: body composition, calorie balance, training nutrition. He tested the logic on himself before writing about it for anyone else.
That background is what BellyZero is built on.
